- Defective items - All items are checked through a quality control process before shipping out. (If a sale item is flawed the condition will be listed under each item)
- Exchanges and store credit ONLY, we do not offer refunds at this time- weren’t satisfied? Let’s help change that! :) all exchanges, store credit or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email send us an email containing the following information:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for returning (all items must be in original condition with all tags attached to the item)
- Return shipping fees - customers are responsible for the return shipping.
